The focus of requirement gathering is the process of collecting the user’s need to solve a problem or issues and achieve an objective. Requirement gathering is one of the most important things to do in a business project as knowing the requirements before hand will let you have the upper hand in the business project an will make you lead the way.


Understanding the business problem and then finding a solution.

Business problem are of many types such as not having enough resources to start the project or not thinking before starting the project which leads to a dead end. Louise L. Harry once said, “I do not fix my problems. I fix my thinking and the problems seem to fix all by themselves”. We need to change your thinking according to the problem to get the work done easily.


A truth we found particularly meaningful
“You, the business analyst, will change the way the user thinks about a problem, either now or later”. This truth is most meaningful to us as it gives the vibes to make us interested into the business analyst position and how it is really a job of a great responsibility and how you could influence people the way they think about a problem.
