What is business analysis core concept model?
The business analysis core concept modal is a conceptual framework for business analysis. It consist of six terms that are having familiar sense to all business analysts and also assist them in discussing both business analysis and its relationship with common vocabulary. 

 There are six center ideas in the BACCM that are: 
1. Change
2. Need 
3. Solution
4. Stakeholder
5. value
6. Context.

What is business analysis?
The practice of empowering change in an operation characterizing needs and prescribing arrangements that convey motive to partners.

Role of project manager;
The main responsibility of project manager is to provide a solution that fulfills business requirements and  for guaranteeing that the task's destinations are met while adjusting the undertaking factors including scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality and risk.
