As he gets successful in examining the cause, at last he implements and apply some measures to avoid that risk in future.
  2. Plan Stakeholders Engagement: Stakeholders are the actual owners of the company or organisation who invest their money by purchasing the shares of the company. It is the duty of the business analyst that he provides report of the organisation to them so that stakeholders can also participate and be aware about the profits and losses.
  3. Plan Business Analysis Governance: Microsoft is particularly situated to enable government through advanced change. Government also requests for customer data which requires a legal court warrant. Beside this, Microsoft pays timely taxes which is essential to cooperate with the government.
  4. Performance Improvement: Microsoft is trying to improve the performance of Windows 10 by creating some innovations and, they want to enhance the speeds of the Windows.
  5. Information Management: Microsoft dependably has been great in giving arrangements that make your BI back-end hearty, performing, extensible and versatile. Since Microsoft obtained its database and 3D square innovation from Sybase in the mid 90's, it has been always enhancing it to meet the elevated expectations that a venture information stockroom depends on.
